Nalanda Gedige is an ancient, edifice which has situated in Matale, the Central Province of #SriLanka. This is a strange palace with a mixture of classical Hindu temples and Tantric Buddhist architecture. This structure undergoes a history about thousands of years since the evidence suggest that, this has created between the 8th and 10th century AD. Nalanda Gedige has a standard framework of a Hindu temple, including mandaps (Halls use for special occasions), a
main central shrine, and an ambulatory around this.
Some historians believe that Nalanda Gedige is a combination of both Sinhala and Tamil Cultures.
